These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to Really.Show (the AI video creation workbench, the “Service”, “we”, “us”). The Service is primarily offered to business customers (B2B) and is open to users worldwide.

1. Acceptance and consent at sign-up

You must actively tick the consent checkbox for these Terms and the Privacy Policy in order to create an account. If you do not, the sign-up request is rejected server-side (HTTP 400, error code CONSENT_REQUIRED) and no account is created.

On a successful sign-up we record your consent in your user record as consent: { at, version, ip }, where version is the version of the document you accepted (currently 2026-09-14-draft.1) and at is the timestamp. This record evidences when you accepted which version.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is an AI video creation workbench whose main capabilities include: product understanding and structuring, marketing copy generation, storyboard and prompt generation, image generation, video generation, clip and subtitle management, an asset library, team/tenant collaboration, and credit metering and usage reporting.

The production environment is deployed in the Alibaba Cloud Korea region and serves users worldwide; generation requests call third-party AI processors located in mainland China (see the Privacy Policy, “Third-party processors and cross-border transfers”).

3. Accounts and security

• Sign-up requires an email address and a password (at least 8 characters including a letter). Email verification unlocks full entitlements and the trial credit.
• To prevent automated sign-ups and abuse, we apply a rolling 24-hour sign-up limit per “IP + device” combination (currently 1 by default). Different devices behind the same office egress are unaffected.
• For account security we record login count, last login time, IP address, device and region (see the Privacy Policy). This is also used to investigate anomalous logins.
• You must keep your credentials safe and must not transfer, rent or share your account. Actions taken through your account are treated as yours unless you can show unauthorised use and that you notified us promptly.
• A password change may be required on first sign-in or after an administrator reset (mustChangePassword). If you suspect compromise, contact us immediately.

4. Your content and the licence you grant (important)

Ownership: You retain ownership of the product images, reference images, copy and other materials you upload (“Your Content”). Using the Service does not transfer ownership of Your Content to us.

Licence needed to provide the Service: You grant us a non-exclusive, sublicensable (solely to forward to third-party processors to complete tasks you initiate), worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• receive, store, copy, cache, convert and display Your Content;
• transmit Your Content (including product images and prompts) to third-party AI processors — including Volcengine Ark, MiniMax and Alibaba Cloud Bailian / DashScope — to perform the image generation, video generation, multi-angle generation and large-language-model calls you initiate;
• return results, compose clips, and perform troubleshooting and security auditing.

This licence is limited to operating and providing the Service and ends after you delete the relevant content or close your account and after reasonable backup and compliance-retention periods have expired. See the Privacy Policy for third-party processors and cross-border transfers.

[to be confirmed by business and legal] Beyond providing the Service, we do not use Your Content to train our own general-purpose models. Whether third-party processors use it to improve their own services is governed by their respective policies.

Your warranties: You warrant that you hold the necessary rights or authorisations for what you upload, including rights to product images and trademarks, model/voice releases for any person appearing, and licences for music and fonts. You must not upload unlawful, infringing or privacy-violating content.

5. Nature of and disclaimer for AI-generated content

• Outputs are produced by third-party AI models and are probabilistic: identical inputs do not guarantee identical outputs, and results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, unique or free of defects.
• We make no warranty as to usability, commercial fitness, achieved results, or non-infringement of outputs, and give no commercial or performance commitment (e.g. views, conversion rate, campaign performance).
• AI-generated labelling: Outputs may carry a label such as “图片由AI生成 / AI-generated”. In our own repository sample set, test-assets/A_*.png (generated 2026-07-20) show this label in the bottom-right corner. We do not remove it; do not remove, obscure or alter AI-generated labels.
• You must review outputs before publishing or commercial use, including as to truthfulness, intellectual property, publicity and personality rights, advertising and platform rules, and any AI-labelling obligations in your jurisdiction.

6. Fees, credits and refunds

• Online payment is not currently offered. Account activation, credit grants and quota adjustments are handled manually by an administrator today — sign-up grants a one-off trial allowance, and further generation requires an administrator grant.
• Generation tasks are metered by cost and deducted from your credit balance. Usage detail is visible to the account (records include input/output tokens, image count, video seconds, cost and credits deducted).
• Credits actually consumed are in principle non-refundable because third-party AI calls incur real cost. Treatment of unconsumed credits and manual activation fees: [to be confirmed by business and legal].
• Prices displayed in the UI may involve a conversion relative to the actual deduction basis. Please report any discrepancy so we can reconcile it.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Service to, among other things:

• generate or distribute unlawful, sexual, violent, terroristic, hateful, discriminatory, gambling-related or fraudulent content;
• use another person’s likeness, voice, trademarks, works or trade secrets without authorisation, including deepfakes, false endorsements or misleading marketing;
• bypass authentication, quota, concurrency or rate limiting, or bulk-register, load-test, scrape or reverse engineer the Service;
• resell, sublicense or offer an unauthorised equivalent service based on the Service;
• violate the usage policies of the third-party AI processors, or use generation capabilities in breach of them;
• interfere with, attack or attempt to harm the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access for violations, and reserve all rights.

8. Intellectual property

• The Service software, interface, documentation, prompt system and brand marks belong to us or the respective rights holders.
• Your Content remains yours or your licensors’ (see section 4).
• [to be confirmed by legal] Copyrightability of AI outputs varies by jurisdiction; we make no guarantee as to their ownership or your ability to obtain exclusive rights in them.

9. Availability and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We currently make no SLA commitment as to availability ([to be confirmed by business and legal]).
• The Service depends on third-party AI processors and cloud infrastructure (Volcengine Ark, MiniMax, Alibaba Cloud, etc.). Outages, rate limits, exhausted quota, model retirement or policy changes at those providers may cause generation failures or interruptions. We provide error feedback and retry paths within our capability but are not liable for indirect losses arising from them.
• Scope and cap of liability: [to be confirmed by legal]. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time. No self-service account deletion is available in-product today; to close your account or delete account data, contact us per section 13 (an administrator can perform deletion).
• We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or applicable law; where criminal conduct is suspected we may report it to the competent authorities.
• After termination we handle your data per the Privacy Policy retention section.

11. Changes to these Terms and notice

We may revise these Terms. Revisions update the version number and effective date, and material changes are announced in-product or by email. The consent record captured at sign-up stores the version you accepted at that time. If a change materially expands our use of Your Content or your obligations, we will seek your consent again as required by law. Whether continued use constitutes acceptance of a new version is [to be confirmed by legal].
